We at filing-cabinets know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. For delivery throughout Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro and CBD we use a dedicated furniture removalist to ensure speedy delivery
As our products are shipped fully assembled for your convenience, freight costs do apply.
All deliveries are to ground floor or lift access only, and occur during standard trading hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) unless otherwise specified.
For stocked items, goods will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 5 business days. Please confirm an item is in stock before placing your order.
For any items that need to be manufactured or backordered, you will be notified via email and the current lead time is approximately 40 working days ex-factory, plus shipping.
Shipping to metro Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne typically occurs within 1-2 weeks of the goods being complete.
Regional and other locations may take 2 – 4 additional weeks depending on your location and the frequency of transport to your area.
If you cancel your order prior to shipping, you will receive the full value of your purchase, including any shipping fees, back to the account you paid from (e.g. Paypal, credit card, or other).
RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
We at filing-cabinets.com.au work hard to provide our customers with high quality filing cabinets at amazing prices. This policy in no way contravenes your statutory entitlements around receiving a refund for major faults, or if the item is not as described.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product or are not happy with the colour, and you notify us via email, you may return for a refund (less shipping) or exchange for 7 days after receipt, subject to the following conditions.

7 days easy exchange/refund policy subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in the condition you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- You are liable for all shipping costs both to you and from you.
- Refunds will be issued upon the return, inspection and our approval of the goods.
We will cover the cost of returns for broken, damaged products or if the wrong product was shipped to you.
